ORDERING PROCESS
1. Queries - If you have any queries or questions regarding our products, please contact us via our contact us page. We will contact you as soon as we can. For us to serve you better, please fill up your complete information on contact us page.
2. Order - Once you have finalized the order, please fill in your order in the order sheet (Download Order Sheet) and send it to us at info@naturesessencenepal.com. If you need us to help you in shipment as well, please specify your requirement.
Note - Include shipping requirements in the order sheet.
3. Quotation and Shipment Details - Based on the order sheet, our sales we would send you a quotation, estimated production time, estimated weight of the order and recommend a shipping mode. Incase you have requested for a shipment cost and insurance cost, you will also be provided with the same. Incase you have your appointed freight forwarder, you can find out the shipment cost from your forwarder based on the estimated weight.
4. Order Confirmation and Advance Payment - For order confirmation, you would need to make 50% advance payment.
5. Production and Packaging - Once we have received 50% advance payment in our account, we will initiate the production and/or packaging and provide you with the exact dispatch date.
6. Balance Payment - You would need to make the balance 50% payment and freight cost (if any) before the dispatch date. Please note that the Government of Nepal requires 100% advance payment for all shipments from Nepal.
7. Dispatch - Once your order is completed, we will notify you and the freight forwarder and handover the goods to the freight forwarder.
8. Shipment - The freight forwarder will make the required shipping arrangements and take care of your shipment.
9. Custom Clearance and Documentation - The freight forwarder and we will make the necessary arrangements for custom clearance from Nepal. However, you will be liable for all custom clearance formalities at your end, for which you may need to appoint a clearing agent. You will be responsible to know all importing regulations at your end and arrange for all imports in your country.
10. Delivery – Once the custom clearance is completed at your end, you can take the delivery of the goods.
11. Goods Receipt - Once you have received the goods, please make sure that you check the quality and quantity of goods before you sign on the Goods Receipt Note from the freight forwarder. Incase of any discrepancies, please notify the freight forwarder and us immediately. Incase of any damage, you may be requested to send the details and a photo of the damaged goods and the packaging.
12. Returns and Replacements - We will only be liable to replace goods incase of product quality defects. In case there has been any damage or quantity discrepancies during the shipment, the freight forwarder should be held liable for the same.
PAYMENT INFORMATION
1. Currency - All payments will be made in USD, except from Nepal and India.
2. Advance Payment - The Government of Nepal requires 100% advance payment for all shipments from Nepal. You would need to make 50% advance payment during the order confirmation, and the balance of 50% right before the dispatch of goods.
3. Payment Mode - You could either make the payment via wire transfer or credit card.
SHIPMENT INFORMATION
We generally recommend shipments via air courier or air cargo. You can choose the best possible shipment mode based on the volume of your order.
1. Air Courier – We recommend air courier incase of orders under 30kgs.
2. Air Cargo - We recommend air courier incase of orders above 30kgs.
